Job description

Job Title: Bilingual Production Supervisor

This position is responsible for the overall management of the workforce at a Processing Plant. Responsibilities include processing, shipping, distribution, equipment maintenance and repair, building maintenance, and record keeping. This is a critical, visible role within our team environment.

The Production Supervisor reports directly to the General Manager and manages all plant functions strategically and tactically.

As a key team member, the candidate is expected to contribute to excellence, meet or exceed corporate objectives, and maintain a safe workplace. Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Hours may vary based on production needs. A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience managing plant operations and staff
• Scheduling, training, and mentoring associates
• Knowledge of production processes
• Willing to work second shift and rotating weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Understanding of the internet's role in vendor communication
