North Coast Container in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead a dynamic team on site. The role involves enforcing policies, ensuring specification adherence, and coaching in English and Spanish.

Expect a salary of $65,000–$85,000 with a comprehensive benefits package. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement through audits, root cause analyses, and problem solving, while maintaining production documentation and coordinating maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with paint consistency and related quality requirements.
• Strong safety record and solid grasp of OSHA requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and communication.
• Able to work the assigned shift and OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a bilingual production team to meet specifications and safety standards.
• Enforce company policies and procedures on the production floor.
• Conduct production audits; record scrap and downtime; address production, quality, or personnel issues.
• Perform Root Cause Analyses and Rapid Improvement Events; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production documentation; complete preventive maintenance tasks.

• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Familiarity with paint consistency and related quality requirements
• Strong safety record and solid grasp of OSHA requirements
• Comfortable with production data, basic computer skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Able to work the assigned shift and OT as needed.

Preferred

• Bilingual (English–Spanish) preferred
• Continuous improvement experience preferred
• Lean, 6S, or Six Sigma Training
• Forklift Certification
• Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
