Job summary

Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling, and controlling daily production processes to meet deadlines, output targets, and budget constraints.
• Enforces health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicates with HR about staffing needs, training, mentoring, and consistently evaluates staff performance.
• Coordinates with maintenance team to address machine malfunctions and minimize downtime.
• Collects data on production, monitors KPIs, and reports data to stakeholders.
