Job summary

TEC Industrial Inc is seeking a Production Lead to coordinate the daily manufacturing schedule at our Grapevine, TX facility. This hands-on role requires strong leadership on the floor to maximize efficiency, quality, and throughput while ensuring safety.

Responsibilities include training line staff, reviewing work, and communicating with supervisors to resolve issues. English and Spanish fluency is required, with 3+ years in production and 2+ years in a lead role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production/manufacturing environment
• 2+ years in a Lead role (lead/team lead/supervisor) in production/manufacturing
• Fluent in English and Spanish — read, write, and speak professionally
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to train and coach a team in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the daily production schedule to maximize efficiency, quality, and throughput
• Organize, train, and support production line team members on the floor
• Review, check, and sign off on work completed by line employees; process daily paperwork
• Communicate effectively with the Supervisor and team; escalate safety or quality concerns as needed
• Ensure SOP compliance across the production line and packaging area
