Job summary

5th HQ is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual Production Coordinator for our pharmaceutical/food manufacturing operations in Miramar, FL. You will coordinate daily production activities, ensure FDA and GMP compliance, and support production efficiency and quality.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in pharma or food manufacturing, are fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient with Microsoft Office. The role requires strong organizational skills and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish – required.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, GMP, and safety regulations.
• High School Diploma or GED – required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor production schedules and workflows.
• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining product quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and quality assurance teams.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Assist in investigating and resolving production issues or deviations.
• Support audits and ensure ongoing compliance with FDA and GMP standards.
