Job summary

Twin City Fan is seeking a versatile labor candidate for our Mitchell, SD facility. The role involves kitting, inventory checks, and moving materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or cranes. You will read blueprints and work orders, while maintaining a safe, clean workspace and contributing to team goals.

Candidates should be bilingual (Spanish/English), with a high school diploma or GED. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Team-oriented; works well with others.
• May be required to operate forklift, overhead crane, and electric pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• May be responsible for the kitting process.
• May maintain inventory counts of nuts, bolts, screws, metal, lumber, etc.
• Transport product, parts, and materials by using forklift, pallet jack, or crane.
• Understand and execute work orders provided by VSA’s, VSL’s or VSM’s.
• Work supportively with the appropriate departments to meet quotas and goals.
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
• Follow all shop orders and blueprints.
• Able to use basic hand tools and read tape measure.
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas.
• Act, Live, and Behave by TCF Core Values.
• Additional duties may be assigned, dependent upon location and product line.
