Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of outpatient primary care experience (New graduates will be considered upon completion of residency).

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage comprehensive primary care services, including physical examinations and treatment.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based care plans in collaboration with patients.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Skills

Education

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active, unrestricted California Medical License

Active DEA registration

Current BLS and ACLS certifications
