Georgetown Hill Early School in Maryland is seeking a Bilingual Lead Teacher (English-Spanish) to design engaging days using the P.L.A.N. curriculum, build relationships with students and families, and maintain a safe, well-run classroom.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in education. You will work in Potomac, MD, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education required.
• MSDE 90hr Preschool Certificate or CDA with Preschool Endorsement required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication and classroom-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily activities using the P.L.A.N. curriculum with English-Spanish instruction.
• Build strong, trusting bonds with students and their families.
• Own classroom management to create a positive learning environment.
• Support each child's physical, social-emotional, and developmental growth.
