Job summary

Paris Independent School District is seeking a Bilingual PreK Teacher for the Lamar County Head Start program in Paris, Texas. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with endorsements or related training per DOI plan.
• Demonstrated competency in core subject; AED/CPR certificate for PE teachers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum.
• Use varied instructional strategies to meet diverse learning styles.
• Assess student learning and modify instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with staff and support services for IEPs and special education needs.
• Maintain classroom environment conducive to learning and safety.
• Communicate with parents and community members.
• Participate in staff development and comply with district policies.
