Job summary

Naturich Labs, Inc., a personal care products manufacturer in Dallas, TX, seeks a Bilingual Pre-weigher (Day) for the 9:00am–5:30pm shift.

You will pre-weigh raw materials, verify batch paperwork, document inventory, and keep the Pre-Weigh Area clean to support timely production.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; high school diploma; 2 years in Personal Care or Cosmetics manufacturing; forklift a plus.

Qualifications

• Safety rules and SOPs must be understood.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for daily operations.
• 2 years in Personal Care or Cosmetics manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set-up scales for weighing and follow SOPs.
• Weigh raw materials according to formulas.
• Verify and complete batch paperwork promptly.
• Maintain inventory by recording material locations.
• Keep the Pre-Weigh Area and Warehouse clean.
• Ensure accuracy of batch records and weighing tickets.
• Operates pallet jackets to move materials as needed.
• Support production schedule and other duties as required.
