Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or GED.
• Forklift certification within 90 days of hire if not certified.
• Ability to read and follow GMPs, SOPs and procedures.
• Strong recordkeeping and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure or weigh ingredients and pre-weigh raw materials for product batches.
• Operate forklift trucks and/or electric pallet jacks after certification training.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following GMP and SOP guidelines.
• Keep accurate daily activity records and read formulas and SOPs.
• Assist other Pre-Weigh personnel and perform additional duties as assigned.
