Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of management of 15+ employees.
• Experience in healthcare, retail, restaurant, or hospitality management.
• Experience with Commercial Insurance or Medicaid billing.
• Experience training staff and handling employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office and supervise non-licensed staff.
• Ensure the office delivers quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Maintain staffing levels by interviewing and selecting applicants to meet patient schedules.
• Promote staff satisfaction and retention through communication, rewards/recognition, teamwork, and effective employee relations practices.
• Oversee staff training and development and establish initiatives to meet company objectives.
• Achieve office performance targets such as patient forecasts and satisfaction results.
• Ensure operational readiness, appearance and presentation of the office.
• Drive local marketing through community involvement and events to promote the practice.
• Maintain adherence to government regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the dental office, as well as the management of all non-licensed staff members.
• Ensure the office delivers quality and compassionate dental care to every patient
• Maintains adequate staffing levels by interviewing selecting applicants to meet patient schedule
• Responsible for team member satisfaction and retention through practices that promote communications, rewards/recognition, teamwork, and administration of effective employee relations practices
• Ensures training and development of staff by identifying training needs and establishing initiatives to meet company/individual objectives
• Achieves office performance targets such as patient forecasts and satisfaction results
• Responsible for the operational readiness, appearance and presentation of the office
• Drive local marketing efforts through participating in local community affairs and events to include school screenings, board member meetings and any opportunity to promote a positive image of us
• Responsible for holding staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations and company standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years management experience of 15 or more employees, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Management experience in healthcare, retail, restaurant or hospitality industry
• Experience with Commercial Insurance or Medicaid billing
• Experience training staff
• Experience with employee relations and performance management practices
