Job summary

Thebigword Inc. is seeking bilingual speakers to support NYC elections. You will interpret between voters and poll workers, translate ballots, and assist with site setup and administrative tasks across NYC boroughs.

Requirements include legal work authorization in the US, excellent communication, and availability on Election Day and during Early Voting. Training is provided, and travel reimbursement is offered.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available for Election Day (5:00am–10:00pm) and Early Voting days.
• Willing to undergo training.

Responsibilities

• Interpret between voters and poll workers at polling sites in NYC.
• Translate ballots and answer questions from voters.
• Assist with site setup, breakdown, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a nonpartisan, welcoming environment.
