Job summary

Thebigword Inc. is hiring Arabic bilingual speakers to assist during NYC elections. You will interpret between voters and poll workers, translate ballots, and help at polling sites across all NYC boroughs.

Requirements include US work authorization, strong communication, training willingness, and availability for Election Day (5:00am–10:00pm) and Early Voting. Travel reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available for Election Day (5:00am–10:00pm) and Early Voting days.
• Willing to undergo training.

Responsibilities

• Interpret between voters and poll workers at polling sites across NYC boroughs.
• Translate ballots and answer questions from voters.
• Assist with site setup, breakdown, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure a nonpartisan, welcoming environment.
