Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in handling a diverse range of personal injury cases on-site in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of paralegal experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or legal studies.

Strong drafting, case management, and client communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 7–10 years as a paralegal with focus on personal injury litigation.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Spanish mandatory.
• Skills: Strong drafting, organization, and attention to detail.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: Manage and organize case files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date throughout the litigation process.
• Legal Document Preparation: Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other documents for state and federal court proceedings.
• Discovery Coordination: Assist in propounding and responding to discovery, conduct research, summarize depositions and medical records.
• Client Communication: Liaise between clients and attorneys, inform clients of progress, address questions.
• Trial Preparation: Prepare evidence binders, trial notebooks, exhibits, assist in trial/hearings.
• Research Assistance: Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support strategies.
• Administrative Support: Maintain calendars, track deadlines, manage correspondence.
