Job summary

Labcorp in Commack, NY is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our patient-centered team. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages, enter data accurately, and support billing and specimen processing.

This role requires a high school diploma, phlebotomy certification or training, and the ability to travel to additional sites. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program required or 3 months+ experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all ages.
• Collect specimens for tests and ensure accurate data entry.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide excellent customer service and travel to additional sites when needed.
