Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• NCCA-accredited certification (ACE/ACSM/ISSA/NASM) or a 4-year degree in related field.
• 1 year Exercise Science certification or a specialty training certification.
• All trainings completed within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive member experience by welcoming participants and ensuring engagement.
• Provide a safe workout routine by demonstrating proper form, modifications, and cueing.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout area.
• Effectively utilize scheduled training time.
• Set up and breakdown class equipment within allotted timeframe.
• Build community by learning names and helping members reach health goals.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
