Job summary

Ekspert Counsel seeks an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our plaintiff-side practice in Miami. You will support attorneys across all phases of personal injury matters, manage a high-volume caseload, and communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurers.

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish and have strong organizational skills. You will obtain and organize medical and billing records, assist with drafting demands and discovery, schedule depositions, and help

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury case management and procedures.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience obtaining and reviewing medical records and billing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury matters.
• Maintain and manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and other parties involved in the claims process.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, billing records, accident reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with drafting legal correspondence, demand packages, discovery responses, and other case-related documents.
• Coordinate client medical treatment and track treatment progress.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure case files remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Prepare case summaries and assist attorneys with settlement negotiations.
• Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related appointments.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain consistent communication throughout the life of each case.
