Rosen Injury Law in Davie, Florida is seeking a rockstar Bilingual Paralegal with 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Candidates with only PIP experience should not apply. Strong case management skills and proficiency with FileVine are required.

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and capable of moving cases forward with minimal supervision. Florida litigation experience including motions, e-filing, discovery, witness lists, and trial prep is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal.
• Experience with case management software; FileVine preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiar with Florida litigation including motions, e-filing, discovery, witness and exhibit lists, and trial prep.
• Strong ownership and ability to push cases forward with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Draft and e-file routine notices and motions.
• Meet with clients and draft discovery.
• Draft demand packages under attorney supervision.
• Prepare reduction requests and communicate with medical providers and lien holders.
• Prepare closing documentation.
• Maintain organized notes, deadlines, and records in FileVine.
• Monitor deadlines and calendars.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and providers.
• Coordinate depositions, client interviews, and expert consultations.
• Review and analyze medical records, accident reports, and other evidence.
• Assist with client property damage.
