Qualifications

• 3–5 years of paralegal experience in personal injury litigation in California
• Strong knowledge of California procedures and case strategy
• Must have sharp medical records review and interpretation abilities
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Litigation Support & Discovery: prepare and respond to discovery, identify missing info, draft meet and confer letters
• Case Strategy: evaluate strengths and surface key facts to support attorney decisions
• Medical Record Analysis: analyze, compile, and organize medical records for the case
• Deposition Preparation: prep clients and gather essential documents for depositions
• Motion and Filing Prep: draft and organize basic motions and filings
• Expert Coordination: coordinate with expert witnesses and organize materials
• Case Progress Management: track deadlines and move matters through litigation
• Client Support: communicate with clients and ease concerns throughout the process
• Team Collaboration: work closely with attorney and team to maintain momentum
