Job summary

Gpac is seeking a motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Case Manager to join a fast-paced Personal Injury law firm. The ideal candidate will handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining excellent client communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include intake through settlement, coordinating with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and attorneys. Fluency in English and Spanish, plus strong organizational skills, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal injury law or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a team setting.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client cases from intake through settlement.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Gather and organize documentation including medical records, police reports, and billing statements.
• Maintain detailed case notes and ensure all files are up to date.
• Work closely with attorneys to prepare demand packages and case summaries.
