Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum 7 years of professional work experience.
• Active Washington State Bar membership required for practice in Washington courts.
• Litigation experience in personal injury matters.
• Proven interest in personal injury law with client-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport with clients.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and immigration forms.
• Ability to follow structured processes and achieve KPIs.
• Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Case Evaluation: Analyze cases to understand injuries, evaluate merits, provide legal advice on outcomes and strategies.
• Negotiations/Settlements: Negotiate best settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, including damages for medical expenses, pain and suffering, lost wages, and other losses.
• Advocate for the highest possible compensation for clients.
• Litigation representation: Represent clients in court, hearings, motions, mediations, arbitrations and trials when settlements fail.
• Filing legal documents: Review and file complaints, motions, and discovery requests within deadlines.
• Stay updated on Washington state personal injury law to ensure accurate advice and effective representation.
