The attorney will handle client communication, draft negotiation packages, and supervise staff. Must be admitted in NC/SC, bilingual, with 1+ year PI experience; some court appearances and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Active member in good standing with the NC State Bar.
• At least 1+ years’ personal injury law firm experience.
• Ability to supervise paralegals and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and team; draft and review negotiation packages.
