Job Description

Under immediate supervision, provides exceptional customer service involving receipt and payment of cash in a high-volume sales environment. Responsibilities include:

1. Following bank policies and supervisor directives.
2. Achieving monthly new account production goals.
3. Processing deposits and payouts accurately and balancing daily transactions.
4. Verifying cash and checks, including endorsements and counterfeit checks.
5. Entering transactions into the computer and issuing receipts.
6. Selling and preparing money orders, cashier's checks, wires, bonds, travelers' checks, and CDs.
7. Processing Western Union wires and cash advances.
8. Cross-selling bank products and services.
9. Serving a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
10. Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Environmental and Physical Requirements

1. Standing or walking for extended periods.
2. Ability to work in a high-volume, stressful, and noisy environment.
3. Operating computers and office machinery.
4. Lifting up to 25 lbs.
