PNC is seeking a Personal Banker in Tampa, FL at the Citrus Park branch. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base with proactive sales and service activities while delivering a superior customer experience.

Bilingual Spanish preferred to serve a diverse community. The Personal Banker will leverage ecosystem partners and PNC solutions to grow share of wallet, educate customers on digital tools, and maintain adherence to risk and policy standards in daily branch

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree typically required with related experience or product knowledge.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience; combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Spanish bilingual preferred for effective communication with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations using a defined sales process and outbound interactions.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences and product recommendations.
