Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations with defined process including outbound calling and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet by positioning PNC products to meet customer needs.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and supports daily branch operations.
