Job summary

North-Texas-Therapy-and-Home-Car is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home health therapy for children up to 21 years old. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and implement customized therapy plans.

The role emphasizes comprehensive patient education, family training, and collaborative goal setting. Texas licensure and CCC-SLP with CFY completion are required; bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• CCC-SLP/CFY completion.
• Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas.
• Pediatrics experience required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy in the home or daytime facility for patients ages 0–21, 2+ visits per week per physician orders.
• Define degree and type of speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, or fluency impairment.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan goals and advise on speech therapy modalities.
• Plan and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients with training materials and in-service programs.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows or SLP Assistants if you have 3+ years of experience.
