MGA Homecare is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (Pediatric) to provide in-home speech and language services as prescribed by a physician. You will assess, develop, and implement plans of care, maintain clinical notes, and collaborate with the care team to support patient progress.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and current state licensure with CPR certification. Experience in pediatric populations and home health settings is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Current license in good standing with the state licensing board.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required.
• CPR certification current per state regulations.
• Professional experience required per state regulations.

Aufgaben

• Provide speech and language services to pediatric patients as prescribed by physician.
• Assess, evaluate, and identify communication disorders and rehab needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the plan of care for SLP patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation weekly.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to support patient care.
• Travel to patients' homes for home health visits when required.
