Urban Health Plan seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish) for the Pediatrics Division in the Bronx. This full-time position requires 0–2 years of healthcare experience, a high school diploma, and MA certification.

You will support providers, manage patient records, and front-d desk duties in a high-volume pediatric setting. The job offers comprehensive benefits, onsite schedule in Bronx, and a Monday–Friday pattern with occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Medical Assistant Certificate or completion of an accredited program required.
• 0–2 years of related healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms, stock supplies, and ready patients for providers.
• Manage patient templates and document in medical records.
• Record vital signs, chief complaint, and history accurately.
• Assist providers during exams, treatments, and ambulatory procedures.
• Register and verify patient demographics; provide front-desk support.
• Maintain room logs and prepare pediatrics forms for provider completion.
