Job summary

Living Water Clinic in California is actively seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant with pediatric experience to join our compassionate team. The ideal candidate will support pediatric providers, manage patient flow, and help ensure accurate records and smooth clinic operations.

You will communicate effectively in English and Spanish, assist with vaccinations and basic procedures, and maintain a welcoming environment for children and families while upholding patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of pediatric MA experience.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of pediatric procedures and regulations.
• Familiarity with pediatric EMR systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with children and families.
• Current CMA or RMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt medical support to pediatric patients under supervision.
• Assist with scheduling and maintain accurate pediatric records.
• Collaborate with pediatricians to administer vaccines and meds.
• Measure and record vital signs.
• Assist during exams and keep exam rooms ready.
• Educate parents and guardians with clear information.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy.
