Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish/Mandarin.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Willingness to work at Diamond Bar location.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients, take vitals, and document patient history.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and immunizations.
• Administer vaccines and perform basic lab tests (within scope of certification).
• Communicate with patients and families in English and Spanish/Mandarin with empathy and clarity.
• Accurately document visits in the EHR system.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and clinical areas.
• Pitch in with front office tasks like patient check-in/out and scheduling when needed.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and bilingual (English/Spanish/Mandarin) Clinical Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced pediatric setting. You'll work closely with our providers to support day-to-day clinical operations and ensure a smooth and comforting experience for every patient.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome and room patients, take vitals, and document patient history.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and immunizations.
• Administer vaccines and perform basic lab tests (within scope of certification).
• Communicate with patients and families in both English and Spanish/Mandarin with empathy and clarity.
• Accurately document visits in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and clinical areas.
• Pitch in with front office tasks like patient check-in/out and scheduling when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA preferred).
• 1+ year of clinical experience (pediatric experience a plus!).
• Fluent in both English and Spanish/Mandarin.

Schedule: Full time / Part time / As needed:

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Friday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
