Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a PBE Sales Specialist to build strong relationships with customers, provide color matching expertise, and assist with OEM color formulas. You will use PBE tools to support both retail and professional customers, while coordinating with the Store Manager to hit sales goals.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and prior automotive paint knowledge plus technical schooling are valued for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual abilities encouraged; Spanish preferred.
• Outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Ability to multitask between phone and in-store customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with PBE customers (retail & professional).
• Offer color matching expertise and paint product advice.
• Identify OEM paint codes and mix/tint per specifications.
• Maintain mixing room, equipment, and paint counter for a clean, safe environment.
• Manage PBE inventory and coordinate with Store Manager on stock and pricing.
• Support delivery coordination with Installation Service Specialists.
• Promote company customer service programs and PBE tools.
• Assist with labor claim information and warranty questions.
• Train other team members in PBE sales and technical questions.
