Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of payroll experience with knowledge of payroll laws and compliance.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Administers weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff across sites.
• Verifies employee hours and schedules; handles pay codes and deductions.
• Coordinates with HR and Finance to ensure compliant payroll operations.
• Maintains payroll records and responds to employee inquiries professionally.
• Maintains inventory of payroll supplies and processes employment verifications.
