Families Together of Orange County in Tustin, CA seeks a Medical Assistant for our in-person clinic. You will assist physicians, perform MA duties including front desk tasks, and maintain patient flow with a focus on compassionate care.

The ideal candidate has a Medical Assistant certificate or diploma, at least 1 year of front office experience in a medical setting, and bilingual Spanish skills. Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems is preferred.

Formación

• Medical Assistant Certificate or Diploma required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• At least 1 year of Medical Assistant front office experience in a clinic setting.
• Knowledge of general EMR/EHR systems preferred.
• Supply management and infection control knowledge beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physician with patient care.
• Perform front desk duties and patient scheduling.
• Take vitals and document in EMR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and records.
• Ensure a safe and organized clinical environment.
• Stock and equip clinic supplies as needed.
