Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• English is required.
• Medical Terminology knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers appropriately and treat all customers courteously.
• Ensure patient registration is completed accurately and on time.
• Data entry as needed and verify billing information (codes, UPIN, etc.).
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person and collect payments if applicable.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies and HIPAA.
