Job summary

Amazing Home Care, LLC is actively seeking a motivated Bilingual Patient Coordinator with coordination experience for our Licensed Home Care Agency in New York. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and hands-on coordination experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve inbound calls from Patients, Aides, and Contracts.
• Perform outbound follow-up calls to Patients, Aides, and Contracts.
• Document, maintain, and manage patient/aide files.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and internal policies.
