Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of healthcare/dental front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and handle patient billing.
• Process authorizations and communicate with parents.
• Schedule treatment and recall appointments; confirm appointments.
• Answer calls and manage daily inquiries throughout the day.
• Verify information and insurance eligibility at check-in/out.
• Attend to No-Show reports and schedule accordingly.
• Scan and input documents into the system.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and teamwork.
