Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a PRN Patient Access Professional - Patient Registration to join our on-site team. The role supports patient flow, verifies information, handles insurance questions, and facilitates accurate registration with a focus on courteous hospitality.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, be bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, and able to work days/evenings/nights with rotating weekends; overnight Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience required.
• Previous experience in insurance verification, patient registration, collections or billing required.
• Courteous and patient when dealing with the public; exceptional customer service skills required.
• Strong computer and typing skills are required; well-organized, dependable, and flexible.
• Bilingual(English/Spanish) highly preferred

• Greet patients with kindness and courtesy while guiding and providing information about Valley View Hospital to patients and their families.
• Assist patients with registration and navigate hospitality services throughout their visit to Valley View Hospital.
