Covenant Hobbs is seeking an Associate Patient Access Representative to support on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits. You will collect accurate demographic and insurance information and determine patient liability at the time of service, supporting financial clearance for assigned accounts.

In this role you will greet patients professionally, provide basic customer service, and assist with valuables handling.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic financial clearance functions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
