Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 6–12 months related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate with patients in English and Spanish (oral and written) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule or cancel patient appointments per guidelines.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, verify insurance and collect payments as applicable.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; provide welcoming, bilingual service.
