Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Wisconsin is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver a high‑level service to retail and installer customers, and to assist store management with daily tasks.

The role requires outstanding customer service, automotive parts knowledge, multitasking ability, and ASE certification; Spanish language skills are highly desired. Candidates should be bilingual and comfortable assisting customers by phone and in person, answering questions, pricing, and processing exchanges.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs, e.g. Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot, etc.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store by answering calls and quoting prices.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer and process transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and assist with daily image maker and planogram updates.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform in-store services (install wipers, test batteries, etc.) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
