Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Wisconsin is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and support daily operations.

You will greet customers, help select merchandise, handle returns, manage cash, process payments, stock shelves, and assist with in-store services as trained. Bilingual candidates encouraged; prior automotive parts knowledge or ASE awareness is a plus; a welcoming, team-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Required: ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding, friendly, professional customer service.
• Desired: familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and ASE certification; Spanish language skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers promptly in a courteous manner and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash drawer, accept payments, make change, and process credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges/returns for credit per company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Stock shelves, update planograms, and perform daily operational tasks.
