O'Reilly Auto Parts in Wisconsin is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in daily tasks.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, processing transactions, handling returns, and maintaining image and planogram updates. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Process trades, exchanges, and returns per policy.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Perform planogram updates, stocking, and routine store tasks.
• Perform in-store services and drive deliveries when needed.
