Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while delivering WOW! Customer Service. Under the Store Manager, you’ll supervise, train, and develop staff, manage inventory, and ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

You’ll engage customers in both Spanish and English, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with commercial departments to meet delivery needs. ASE certification is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a stated qualification.
• Exceptional communication in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Drive sales performance and exceed targets for parts and services.
• Ensure WOW! Customer Service and smooth store operations.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and merchandising.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Uphold safety policies and PPE usage.
