Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated leadership abilities and decision-making skills.
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• ASE Certification preferred; automotive retail experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop a high-performing team under the Store Manager.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and service excellence.
• Lead efforts in sales and inventory management, including returns processing and merchandising optimization.
• Enforce PPE usage, promote safety practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly, upholding company policies.
