Pull-A-Part of Buford LLC is seeking a Parts Pro | Automotive to deliver exceptional customer service, help customers find and purchase auto parts, and manage transactions in a fast-paced store setting.

This role requires strong automotive parts knowledge, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills. You’ll work retail hours including weekends and holidays, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus; comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with mobile devices and data entry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.
• Availability to work retail hours, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver helpful and professional service to every customer.
• Identify and sell appropriate auto parts to customers.
• Operate digital tools to search inventory and assist customers.
• Execute theft prevention procedures and follow SOPs.
• Handle transactions including cash, credit cards, and title processing.
• Ensure clean, organized workspaces and facility appearance.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and follow all safety protocols.
• Support team efforts, comply with dress code, and complete retail tasks as needed.
