Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to safely deliver parts to professional customers from our store in Arizona. You will use handheld devices to document deliveries and signatures, manage COD transactions, and return stock as needed.

The role requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with bilingual Spanish being a strong plus. You may perform cashier duties and merchandising tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to process deliveries and collect signatures using handheld devices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts safely to customers using company vehicles.
• Operate handheld devices to process deliveries and capture signatures.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct daily inspections.
• Secure monies, keys, and fuel cards; handle COD collections.
• Handle customer returns and assist with cashier duties when needed.
• Report vehicle issues to management promptly.
• Clock in/out per policy and perform other duties as assigned.
