Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist in Phoenix to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and collect COD payments. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will use fleet devices for deliveries, ensure daily vehicle inspections, and assist with customer service and merchandising as needed. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards (14/18-point system).
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and driving eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products safely and efficiently.
• Process deliveries using hand-held devices and capture customer signatures.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily inspections before operation.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or accidents to store management.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and vehicle secured at end of day.
• Clock in/out per company policy and assist with stock or cashier tasks as needed.
