Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to customers, and collect COD payments. The role includes handling customer returns and maintaining vehicle and device security.

Fluency in Spanish is highly desired. The position requires safe driving, attention to detail with fleet devices, and flexible duties including cashier and merchandising support as needed.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Driving record must meet company 14/18-point standard.
Must possess a legally required state driver’s license.
Familiar with automotive parts.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
Process deliveries using fleet management devices and capture customer signatures.
Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slip.
Keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies secure at all times.
Report vehicle maintenance needs or damage immediately to store management.
Clock in/out according to policy.
Assist customers, act as cashier, or help with merchandising as needed.
