O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist in the El Paso area to operate store vehicles, deliver parts, collect COD payments, and handle customer returns. The role supports curbside service, merchandising, and general store operations as needed, with bilingual abilities encouraged.

You will use fleet devices to process deliveries, sign for receipts, and perform daily vehicle inspections while ensuring safety and accuracy across all duties.

Qualifications

• Legally valid state driver's license and driving eligibility requirements.
• Clean driving record according to company policy.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, track mileage, and perform vehicle inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles; secure keys, fuel cards, and monies.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate customer issues or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damage immediately to the store manager.
• Ensure fuel levels and lock vehicles at end of day; clock in/out per policy.
• Assist with cashier duties, merchandising, stocking, or other duties as needed.
